Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Michigan OT license (or eligibility by start date)
Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred
Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload efficiently
Strong communication and documentation skills
Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, parents, and special education teams
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students according to IEP goals
Assess, plan, and implement interventions that empower student independence and functional achievement
Document progress and maintain accurate, timely reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise students' IEPs
Offer guidance and training to school staff and families
