Job description

Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
Previous experience in school settings preferred, with strong skills in collaboration and communication
Ability to assess and address diverse student needs, including sensory, motor, and adaptive challenges
Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Dedication to fostering student participation and independence within the classroom setting
Your Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and design personalized intervention plans for students with a range of abilities
Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional outcomes
Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, aligned with students' IEPs
Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
Provide resources and training to educators and support staff, enhancing students' classroom experiences
