Job description

Qualifications:
Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in California
Prior experience or strong knowledge of school-based occupational therapy practices
Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective intervention strategies for students ages K-12
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers
Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, design and deliver individualized therapy programs, and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' functional skills within the school environment
Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to promote student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
Contribute to a supportive and positive learning atmosphere, championing inclusion and access for all students
