Qualifications:
Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Experience or strong interest working in school environments with children and adolescents
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and school staff
Organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and individualized therapy plans
Adaptable and responsive approach to accommodate student needs in dynamic classroom settings
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students to identify strengths and challenges related to fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies in accordance with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and document outcomes
Work closely with educators and family members to support student success in accessing the curriculum
Attend school-based meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
Maintain thorough and timely records as required by district and professional guidelines
