Job description

Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Active OT license in the state of California
Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to various educational settings and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities: Assess students' abilities and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Deliver targeted interventions focused on improving fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
Consult with educators, families, and other specialists to tailor support to each child's needs
Document progress and maintain compliance with all school and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
