Job description

A contract opportunity awaits for a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist eager to support school-aged children as they develop the functional skills needed for academic success and personal growth.
What we're seeking:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active and valid Illinois OT license
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy setting is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff
Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans according to IEP goals
What you'll do: Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies to help students participate fully in classroom activities
Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
Collaborate in IEP meetings, provide consultation and training for educational staff
Document interventions and maintain compliance with all local and state guidelines
Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment by adapting classroom materials and modifying activities as needed
Communicate consistently with families to support carryover of therapy goals at home
