School Office Support ClerkSouth Windsor Public Schools is seeking a school office support clerk at Timothy Edwards Middle School. This position is classified as a ten and one-half (10.5) month work year with a seven and one-half (7.5) hour work day plus a one-half hour (30 minute) unpaid lunch.South Windsor is a diverse community of approximately 27,000 citizens and 5,100 public school students. Experience in a school setting, particularly with PowerSchool and Naviance, is preferred.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinating and scheduling meetings between staff and families, including preparing materials and managing related communicationsOrganizing and monitoring post-secondary institutional visitsProviding logistical support for special programs and awards nights, including preparing paperwork and organizing materialsManaging and updating internal databasesOther duties may be assigned as needed.Entry rate is $25.76 per hour with incremental increases.
