Job Description Job Description LPN - School Individual Care Nurse:
Caring and Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide nursing care for a medically fragile little boy while at school
Meet child at home for transportation pick up and drop off in Charlotte, NC 28226
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:45AM - 4:00PM
Hourly Pay: LPN-$33
LPN Nursing Duties:
Document care on tablet
Administer Medication
Assist wheelchair user with ADL's and Repositioning
Administer G-tube Feedings
Monitor for Seizures
Provide Respiratory Treatments
Job Requirements:
LPN Experience: One year of LPN experience within the last 3 years
Must complete online assessments
Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
