Job description

Encompass Health seeks a Lead Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide advanced, evidence-based physical therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, guiding them through individualized treatment plans to maximize recovery and function. You will mentor and support staff therapists, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and help shape best practices.
