Job description
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a school-based role in Sugar Land, TX for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time position supporting a local school district and is ideal for credentialed School Psychologists who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in Texas
Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP-approved or equivalent program
Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes
Must be available to work either fully on site OR 4 days on site, one day remote.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral)
Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans
Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted)
Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams
Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality

$56-$63/hour + $2,000 sign-on bonus
