Job description
School Psychologist (Certified) - $56 per hour
Location: Detroit, Michigan. Type: Part‑time local contract. Hours: 35 per week in 7‑hour shifts. Start: ASAP. Duration: 13–17 weeks. Pay: $52.40‑$56.40 per hour; $3,000 assignment bonus available.
Job Description
Provide psychological services to students in Detroit schools, supporting their academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and interventions for students with academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individual education plans.
Provide crisis counseling and crisis management support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
Participate in school counseling team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in School Psychology.
Michigan School Psychologist License.
One year of recent relevant experience preferred.
