Job description
Make a significant impact in the educational journey of students through your expertise as a School Psychologist, supporting local schools near Denver, CO. This contract position provides an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional interested in part-time assessment and evaluation services. Youll play a key role in helping students thrive by identifying their strengths and supporting their growth, all while collaborating with educators and families.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Active and current School Psychologist certification or license
Experience conducting psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions in school settings
Strong understanding of IEP processes, eligibility determination, and documentation requirements
Exceptional communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work independently while managing multiple assessments and deadlines efficiently
What Youll Be Doing:
Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students as needed
Interpret evaluation data and provide recommendations that support individualized educational planning
Participate in eligibility meetings, contributing expertise to support appropriate service delivery
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to inform instruction and intervention strategies
Uphold professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations
