Key Qualifications:
Valid Delaware School Psychologist certification required
Experience in preschool, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred
Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills with staff and families
Cultural competence and familiarity with diverse and low-income populations are an asset
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and provide data-driven recommendations for individualized learning plans for PreK-4th-year-old students
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
Deliver direct and consultative support, adapting to hybrid delivery as needed
Contribute expertise to the eligibility process and IEP teams
Foster supportive relationships with students, including those from Hispanic and low-income backgrounds
Remain flexible in adapting caseload based on student needs and enrollment
