Job description
Make a direct impact on students lives by taking on a vital role as a Bilingual School Psychologist in a dynamic educational setting near Haverhill, MA. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation while supporting diverse school communities. Key Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
Bilingual fluency in English and another language
Strong understanding of psychological evaluation techniques and best practices within the school setting
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
Develop and implement interventions tailored to a broad range of student needs
Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insight and recommendations
Offer consultation and guidance to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and behavioral strategies
Lead or facilitate crisis intervention as needed within the school environment
Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational and legal requirements
