Job description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year! This full-time, onsite position is ideal for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in a high school environment. You'll work closely with staff, students, and families to support student success through comprehensive psychological services.
Desired Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
Current, valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
Experience with adolescent or high school populations preferred
Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for services
Provide direct counseling and intervention for students
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective support strategies
Participate in IEP meetings and develop appropriate plans for students with special needs
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
Engage actively in problem-solving consultations as a member of interdisciplinary teams
