Job description
An exciting opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide essential support and expertise at the high school level in a full-time, in-person role. This contract position may include some itinerant responsibilities, allowing you to make a positive impact across multiple educational sites. Contribute to the academic and emotional well-being of high school students, collaborate with educators, and support student success in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid School Psychologist credential required
Experience in a school setting, preferably at the high school level
Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Competence in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
Flexibility to manage both on-site and itinerant responsibilities
Commitment to creating positive learning environments for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
Develop recommendations for student learning plans and support strategies
Consult with teachers, staff, and families to address academic and behavioral concerns
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate accommodations
Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students
Promote positive mental health and effective coping strategies
Travel between designated sites as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.88 to $72.88. Eligible candidates may also receive:
