Job description

We are seeking a dedicated, onsite School Psychologist to work with students and staff, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for learning and growth. This contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and extends through May 28, 2027, offering schedule flexibility—choose between part-time or full-time hours with a hybrid option (three days onsite and two days remote each week).
Qualifications:
Valid Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist credential
School Psychologist license issued by the board of examiners of psychologists
Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and consultative services in a K-12 setting is preferred
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt services to meet diverse student needs
Must complete onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting and registry list search
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
Develop intervention strategies that promote student success and wellbeing
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide direct student counseling, support crisis intervention, and assist with behavior management plans
Support ongoing professional development and serve as a resource in evidence-based practices
