Job description
Make an impact supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Lakeville, MA area. This contract opportunity is designed for professionals who are dedicated to fostering positive change and growth for students while collaborating with passionate school teams.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts BCBA certification required
Experience working in school settings or with school-age populations preferred
Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving caseload needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and consultation for students (caseload details to be determined)
Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform decision-making
Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and other multidisciplinary team members to promote positive student outcomes
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student goals
Offer training and ongoing support for school staff regarding behavior management best practices
