Job description
Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ mental health and educational success in a contract role as a School Psychologist. Key Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure appropriate for School Psychologist positions
Experience working within the school setting is strongly preferred
Knowledge of psychological assessments, individualized education programs (IEPs), and intervention strategies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective intervention plans
Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise related to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns
Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
Support data-driven decision-making through interpretation of assessment results and progress monitoring
