Job Details:
Job Title: School Psychologist
Location: Wilmington, DE
Setting: School
Pay Range: $55.00 - $63.82 hourly
Schedule: 37.5 hours / week (Full Time or Part Time Options)
Contract Length: 2026 - 2027 School Year
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Preferred: 2 years of experience as a School Psychologist preferred but not required; new grads welcome to apply
Requirements: Valid School Psychologist licensure. Willing to obtain state licensure. Qualified applicants MUST have a valid School Psychologist licensure.
Responsibilities:
Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify students' psychological needs (S.Psych.)
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored intervention plans
Maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines related to School Psychology
Supporting students' emotional, social, and behavioral development through individual and group interventions
Participating in IEP meetings and ensuring IEP compliance
