Exciting opportunity for a dedicated School Psychologist to make an impact in a supportive K-12 educational environment. This contract position is ideal for professionals seeking a full-time role providing essential evaluation and assessment services to students across multiple grade levels. Key Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure as required by state guidelines
Deep understanding of K-12 student developmental needs
Experience in administering standardized evaluations and psychoeducational assessments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff, administrators, and families
Previous school-based experience is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students in kindergarten through high school
Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions and supports
Participate in IEP/504 meetings, sharing results and collaborating on educational planning
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of assessments, findings, and recommendations
Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support the needs of diverse learners
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding special education evaluation
This position is full-time and requires onsite presence at the school campus. The role focuses exclusively on assessment and evaluation - no counseling duties are required.
