Registered Nurse Contract Position
Bring your expertise as a Registered Nurse to a fulfilling contract position supporting student health near Little Rock, AR! We're seeking an RN who's ready to make an immediate impact in a vibrant school environment. Key Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Arkansas (or compact state license)
Prior nursing experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred
Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Clear background check and CPR certification required
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and chronic condition management
Respond to health emergencies and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
Participate in the development and implementation of student health plans
Document health services, maintain accurate medical records, and uphold confidentiality
Collaborate with school leadership and staff to promote a healthy and safe environment
Educate students and staff on health topics and wellness initiatives
