Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services in a K-12 educational setting. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current, active state SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship strongly preferred
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans/IEPs
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
Provide speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing services
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment as needed
Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Complete required documentation and billing
Participate in discharge planning, family meetings, and education
Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants, CFYs, interns, and students as needed
