Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a School Social Worker for a full-time opportunity in the Aurora, CO area. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a consistent schedule and a team-oriented environment.
About the Position
In this role, you'll support students with social/emotional and behavioral needs skills that impact both classroom performance and daily interactions. You'll work closely with school teams to support student success through targeted interventions.

Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work
Has obtained or is eligible for an endorsement as a Special Services Provider License as prescribed in the bylaws of the Colorado State Department of Education.
Experience or specialized training in the field of pediatric mental health is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students and families
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and outside agencies to support student well-being
Assess students' social, emotional, and environmental needs that impact learning
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans
Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community to foster student success.
