A school district near Cannon Falls, Minnesota is hiring a School Social Worker for a contract position serving K-12 students.
This role is a strong fit for a Minnesota-licensed School Social Worker who enjoys direct student support, family collaboration, and being part of school-based teams focused on student success.
Position details
Location: Cannon Falls, MN
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours/week
Contract dates: 02/17/2027 - 06/03/2027
Caseload: K-12 students
Setting: On-site school-based role
Responsibilities Facilitate student groups
Meet individually with students and families
Participate in school meetings and student-support initiatives
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
Help connect students and families with school-based resources
Requirements Dual licensure as a Social Worker and School Social Worker in Minnesota
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and student advocacy skills
Compensation Pay ranges from $45-$53/hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
