Qualifications and Experience:
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Assist in conducting screenings and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
Work directly with students on tailored speech, language, and communication goals
Collect data and maintain thorough, accurate records of progress
Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs, teachers, and family members
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and student support initiatives
