Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to guide therapy sessions.
Provide direct therapy aimed at achieving specific speech and language goals.
Systematically document and monitor each student's progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Involve and educate families in the therapeutic process to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
Preferred possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
