Job description

What You'll Bring:
Valid SLPA license/certification in the state of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain
Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to implement therapy plans under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Adaptability to different learning styles and needs
Professional demeanor and organizational skills
Daily Contributions: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLP
Support development and implementation of IEP goals
Collect and document data on student progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to facilitate integrated learning environments
Assist with preparation of therapy materials and activities
Participate in team meetings and contribute to student review processes
