Job description
Step into a rewarding role supporting students' communication growth in a vibrant educational setting. This on-site, full-time contract opportunity spans from now through May 25th, 2027, with a welcoming team environment and a structured weekday schedule from 8:00am to around 4:30pm. You'll work closely with experienced speech-language professionals, making a meaningful difference by delivering speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 85 students.
Key Qualifications:
Active SLPA licensure with at least one year of relevant experience in a school setting
Solid understanding of providing speech therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
Strong record-keeping ability and attention to detail
Comfortable managing a full caseload while adapting to individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions as directed by the supervising SLP
Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to each student
Document student progress and maintain records according to school and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize student care
Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with families and staff
