Job description

A new contract opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide essential supervision and intervention services. As a critical onsite supervisor, you will:
Oversee and mentor an SLP Assistant one day per week, ensuring quality therapeutic service delivery.
Perform all required speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations during onsite days.
Lead and participate in IEP meetings for students receiving speech-language services, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and foster positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in line with school and district guidelines.
Provide expertise in speech-language development, serving as a resource to educational teams.
We seek candidates with: A valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Indiana licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP.
Experience supervising SLP Assistants or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Comfort with independent work and collaboration in school settings.
Commitment to student-centered support and ethical practice.
