Job description
Role
Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based therapy services.
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, conduct virtual therapy sessions, and collaborate with educational teams to support students' communication development.
Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
Utilize teletherapy platforms and online tools for remote service delivery.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and develop IEPs.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Preferred: ASHA CCC-SLP, school-based experience, pediatric or early intervention background.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Experience with virtual assessments and therapy platforms is advantageous.
Key Duties
Assess student needs, provide virtual therapy, develop individualized plans, collaborate with educators and families, and utilize teletherapy tools to enhance communication skills.
