Key Qualifications:
Possess current Michigan SLP licensure
Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Comfortable working with K-12 caseloads; assignment adjusted to match your strengths and preferences
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is helpful but not mandatory
Excellent communication and organization skills

Position Details & Responsibilities: Contract position with a full-time schedule at 35 hours per week (7-hour days)
Part-time availability considered if you can offer consistent, full-day coverage
Provide speech and language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support individualized education plans
Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document student progress
Participate in team meetings and contribute professional guidance to multidisciplinary teams
