School Based Therapist, LSW or Associate Level Clinician
Chester, Pennsylvania $41,600 to $52,000 per year Full Time
Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting four School Based Therapists for a community focused behavioral health organization serving children, adolescents, and families.
Openings are available across two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. These positions are open to associate level and conditionally licensed clinicians, including LSW candidates and other eligible Pennsylvania counseling professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with children and adolescents while collaborating with families, educators, and behavioral health professionals.

Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group counseling to students
Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans
Address behavioral, emotional, social, and family concerns affecting student functioning
Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when needed
Collaborate with parents, teachers, school personnel, and community providers
Monitor student progress and update treatment plans as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and required training
Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
Use evidence based, person centered, and strength based interventions
Follow all professional, ethical, agency, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Active Pennsylvania license or eligible associate level credential
LSW, associate level counseling license, or independent license considered
Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred
School based, outpatient, or community behavioral health experience is helpful
Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school personnel
Schedule Information
During the academic year, therapists will primarily work within their assigned school. When school is not in session, employees will work from the organization's local office during summer break, school breaks, and
