Job description
Step into an impactful role supporting students and school communities as a contract ABA or School Therapist. Collaborate on-site near Tempe, AZ, providing services across 2-3 school sites based on your background and experience. This 40-hour weekly assignment offers the chance to deliver meaningful support while expanding your professional horizons within educational settings.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Current credentials as an ABA Therapist or School Therapist
Experience working with school-aged students in educational or clinical settings
Ability to travel between 2-3 locations each week
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsive approach to individualized student needs
Previous experience in school environments is a plus
Role Responsibilities: Deliver in-person therapy sessions to individuals and groups as assigned by each school site
Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of student support plans
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district protocols
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and support staff
Provide direct support in classrooms and other educational settings as needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
