Position Overview
nLet's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Katy, Texas . This is a school-based position supporting students in a collaborative and structured educational environment.

nKey Responsibilities
nnProvide direct speech and language therapy services to students
nConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
nParticipate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
nCommunicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
n nQualifications
nnMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
nActive Texas SLP license
nCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
nSchool-based experience preferred
nStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
n nCompensation: Starting at $60/hour (based on experience)
