Job description
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a physician to deliver primary care and specialized SCI/D services within the VA system. You will work in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and coordinate chronic disease management, wellness, and preventive care for Veterans.
You will also provide SCI/D-specific care, use the SCI/D Registry for patient identification and coordination, and contribute to modernizing care delivery in collaboration with the SCI/D Center.
