Job description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a physician to serve Veterans in the Spinal Cord Injury (SCI/D) Center within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. This role blends primary care with SCI/D specialty care to improve long-term outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating care, delivering health education, and collaborating with the SCI/D Center and other services.
