Job description
KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Dean of Science for high school (grades 9–12) to lead science instruction, coach teachers, and oversee curriculum and assessment practices across Albany and Troy campuses.
The role collaborates with senior leaders to implement standards-based, data-driven strategies and supports historically underachieving students. Urban school experience and a flexible schedule are preferred.
