· Contribute to solutions that support long‑term innovation and growth across the organization

You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment where our values show up in everyday decisions, whether that’s collaborating to win together, pushing to achieve more, stepping forward with bold ideas, or showing care for our colleagues and customers.

What You’ll Do

Scientific Execution and Development

· Design and execute bench‑scale experiments across multiple concurrent, small‑scale projects

· Adapt existing microbiological and molecular processes to meet specific customer requirements

· Apply strong scientific judgment to ensure rigor, quality, and reproducibility in all lab work

· Document experimental work to support quality systems, reproducibility, and regulatory expectations

· Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability

· Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards, including BSL‑2 practices
