Job description
Role: Bioanalytical Outsourcing Scientist overseeing external CRO bioanalysis for regulated drug development programs.
Responsibilities
provide scientific and operational oversight of nonclinical and clinical bioanalytical assays across multiple platforms (LBA, LC/MS, PCR), ensure GLP/GCLP compliance, coordinate assay development, validation, and sample analysis, communicate progress, and manage CRO relationships.
Requirements
BS/MS with 10+ years industry experience, hands-on expertise in regulated bioanalysis and assay validation, strong documentation and communication skills, ability to manage timelines and external vendors.
Preferred
experience with gene therapies

mAbs
ADCs
CRO management
High-Value

Work setup
