About the Role
This position will support a Technical Product Support team focused on oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for diagnostic products under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist with the design and execution of experiments and perform testing using analytical chemistry instruments.
Perform hands-on wet lab activities supporting product testing, characterization, and development.
Support oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
Analyze experimental data and summarize results.
Learn and apply Quality System requirements, change control processes, and technical impact assessments .
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to investigate technical documentation and product‑related issues.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and technical documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, organic chemistry, or a related discipline .
Master's degree preferred; advanced degrees may offset required years of experience.
Working knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is preferred.
Experience with oligonucleotide chemistry , including synthesis, purification, analytical characterization, or assay development, is highly desirable.
Experience with small‑molecule chemistry or related wet lab techniques is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and data analysis skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment .
