Location : Salt Lake City, UT
Duration : 12 Months
Total Hours/week : 40
pay rate:$20-30/hr

Work hours: M - F day shift. Flexible on hours
Roles
Job Description:
Provide technical skill, analytical testing, and engineering support for materials analysis and technology development activities for various medical device products. Support current products in roles of quality, research & development, pilot-scale manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvement.
Focus will be on materials analysis and thermomechanical testing using instruments in the lab.
Execute technical and cross-functional project work
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM major (Examples: Chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, materials science).
Experience / understanding of working in a lab. Lab work experience a strong plus.
Ability to write detailed technical protocols and reports.
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to learn
Has a preference for candidates with hands-on chemistry, synthesis, or analysis experience / relevant degree
