Job description
Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Complex Director of Sales & Marketing for the Remi Scottsdale and Aloft Scottsdale properties. Lead the sales and marketing strategy, oversee budgets, and build relationships with key clients to drive group bookings and revenue.
The role requires luxury hotel experience, Marriott-brand familiarity, and ability to travel as needed. You will mentor a sales team, develop annual plans, and coordinate with revenue management to maximize results.
