Screen PrinterLocation: Carol Stream, IL 60188Pay Rate: $18.00/hrShift: first shift 7:00am- 4:30pmScreen Printer Job DescriptionRequirements & SkillsStrong attention to detail and accurate color matchingQuick learner with good work habits and reliabilityAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and move around machineryComfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and standingPrimary ResponsibilitiesLearn and operate screen-printing processes under supervisionSet up screens, align frames, and prepare materials for each jobMix and match inks to ensure accurate color reproductionRun print jobs of varying sizes, maintaining quality standardsClean screens and maintain an organized, safe workspaceRead job instructions and use basic computer systemsCollaborate with the Printing Manager and team to improve skillsWork EnvironmentExposure to paints, inks, solvents, and strong odors that may cause irritation or allergic reactionsAdditional ExpectationsWillingness to learn and improve dailyStrong work ethic and adaptabilityPerform other duties as assignedSafety & Dress CodeMasks optionalWear durable clothing that can get dirty (no holes)No open-toe shoesJeans or pocket shorts allowed
