The company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with manual screw machine experience who is eager to broaden their technical skillset and take on greater responsibility.
In this role, you will work on new projects, equipment, and products while supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operation. You will have the autonomy to manage projects and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and production processes. You will work closely with both engineers and operators to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve processes.
This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of customer-focused projects, develop your understanding of manufacturing processes, with a clear career pathway and hands-on industry training available, this is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing engineering.
The Role:
- Manage new projects, equipment, and products.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and processes.
- Support operators and engineering teams with troubleshooting and production issues.
The Candidate:
- Experience working with manual screw machines within a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
