This role partners closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Project Management to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently. Track sprint progress, team capacity, delivery metrics, and project health while providing reporting and visibility to project leadership and stakeholders.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA to ensure work is clearly defined, development-ready, and aligned with business objectives.

Maintain project documentation, knowledge assets, and delivery artifacts while supporting release planning and successful product delivery.

Required Skills

Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead within software development teams.

Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user story development, backlog refinement, and process mapping.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and remove delivery obstacles.

Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for sprint management and reporting.

Nice to Have

Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master.

Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations supporting multiple client engagements.

Familiarity with UX/UI design processes, API integrations, and modern software development lifecycles.

Ways of Working

Agile / Scrum delivery with two-week sprint cadence.

Daily collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Client stakeholders.

Jira and Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint, and delivery management.

Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for internal communication, documentation, and knowledge management.

Data-driven project reporting focused on delivery health, risks, and business outcomes.

Strong emphasis on transparency, proactive communication, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem solving.
