Scrum Master
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: Long Term
Duties:
Responsible to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, grooming and retrospective meetings.
Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together.
Skills:
Candidate can be a Certified Scrum Trainer or a Certified Enterprise Coach Experience playing the Scrum Master role as a practitioner for more than 3 years.
Excellent knowledge of various agile approaches like XP, Kanban, FDD, etc.
Excellent communication, mentoring and influencing skills Has worked or is very familiar with Salesforce, and understands the basic working of salesforce, would be great if played the role of a salesforce analyst which will be a great value add for this role.
