Job description
Nationwide Technology seeks a seasoned Scrum Master to lead the OIPA Optimizers platform team within NF Technology, supporting Life BSA. You will drive predictable delivery, coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and ensure alignment with business outcomes across multiple partners.
You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and guide teams through complex platform upgrades while maintaining transparency and quality through metrics and communities of practice.
