Job description
Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Software Development Engineer (SDE) II for the ICON team to design and build production-grade, generative AI-driven incident workflows that automate investigation from alert ingestion to root-cause analysis and mitigation recommendations. You will work on tier-1, multi-tenant, high-performance systems using Step Functions, Bedrock, DynamoDB, Athena.
