Citarella is seeking a Fish Department Manager in Greenwich, CT to lead daily seafood operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced market. You will manage merchandising, stock rotation, waste control, and staff coordination while presenting seafood with pride.
